ACTIVITY INCHARGE - Ms SEEMA YADAV

During the physical education period an HPC activity ' Target throw ' was conducted for class 7th . In this activity students were asked to throw a ball towards a fixed target from a certain distance . Each student was done in groups to encourage teamwork and participation . The objective of this activity was to develop concentration , hand eye coordination , accuracy and motor skills. It also helped them learn about patience , focus and fair play .
